It might go completely pear-shaped on the day, but here's what should happen:
| 3:00am | Jill starts doing her hair. |
| 8:00am | Ben's lie-in attempt thwarted. |
| 1:30pm | Folks start arriving at the church. Parking is available in the Chemistry car park (parking is free at the weekend), and there's a sneaky short cut through to the church. |
| 2:00pm | Wedding service at Heslington Church. Conducted by Revd Isabel Stuart. |
| 3:00pm | Photos at the church. Please don't rush off - we'd like a big group photo! |
| 3:30pm | Make way to Fulford Village Hall. It's about 25 minutes walk (1 mile). Drinks on arrival. Make yourself comfortable. |
| 4:30pm | Tea time. |
| 6:00pm | Entertainment: Live music provided by top York bands The Morning Thieves, Holly Taymar, Lowground and friends. Have a sit and a chat, or have a dance. Have a drink, or maybe something else to eat, but above all else - have fun! |
